  1. Icebreakers are always a great way to start off a meeting. There may be some people that are a little shy about participating in icebreakers, but it is important to know that most people like them and it helps people get to know each other. Below is a link to the top 10 icebreakers for 2010.

  2. Here's an activity - Group Drum Jam - I think I am going to use with my group to get moving and have a little fun. Have group stand in a circle. Have one person in the group create a 4 beat rhythm by a combination of claps, snaps, slaps, etc. Person number one keeps the beat going while person number two adds a different 4 beat rhythm. Keep it going until everyone in the group is performing their rhythm together. As a variation and challenge, have everyone rotate one position to the left and adopt the person's rhythm.
